Refund will be given within 5-7 business days after we get the item, shipping fee and handcrafting fee will be deducted from the original payment(free shipping item will also be charged the postage). For special designed expensive items, we usually need to charge extra restocking fee.

PLACING AN ORDER
How do I place an order?
Once you wish to purchase a piece, select your ring size from the drop down menu and choose the material and gemstone you would like the ring to be made in/with (if applicable) and then click ADD TO CART. Your item will be added to your Shopping Cart and a side slide will appear on your right with the items in your cart and the subtotal amount at the bottom. You can view your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of the site.
Once you are ready to place your order, simply visit SHOPPING BAG in the upper right corner and click the checkout button bellow to continue. The next steps will demand information such as email, shipping adress, payment and credit card details to finalize your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Once your order has been placed and payment accepted, a confirmation message will appear on screen showing your order reference number.

PAYMENT PLAN
I accept payment plans that way you can purchase an item in a pace most comfortable to you.
The first payment can be as low as $100. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The minimum per payment will be $100.
Please inform us your ring Size, Metal and how much would you like to pay for the first payment. I can hold your jewelry 120 days at most! For any reason the item is not paid in Full, I'll keep 20% original payment as the restocking fee, the rest will be refunded immediately.
The piece will be shipped as soon as the last payment is paid.
Rush Orders
If you pay an additional $65, Your item will be put in rush,please tell me the deadline you need to receive the ring then i can tell if it’s possible.
Larger or Smaller Sizes
Larger and smaller sizes are available. If the ring size is not in the list, contact us,I'll custom make it for you!
