Please note that it might take few hours for the tracking numbers to work in the shipping company website. All jewelry orders shipped via PenFine comes with full insurance. In a rare case if anything happens to your package, your purchase is completely safe as it is insured.

How will my order be shipped?

All PenFine US orders are shipped via USPS, and FedEx or DHL for other countries. (Postal Service). Once the order is shipped, we will update you with tracking number and you can track your order online.

Refundable Fee
Our jewelries are handmade, the most expensive part is the handmade art of artisans. Based on the experience, few customers choose the same style and same ring size. Even though we use recycled meterials to PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT, craftsmen have to disassemble the ring and recycle the metal once returning item is received. The jewelry cannot be resold. That's why there will be handcrafted fee (20%-50% of item price) and shipping fee deducted, others will be refunded in 5 business days after the returned item is received..

For special designed expensive items, we usually need to charge extra restocking fee.
